Job summary

Novocure is seeking a compassionate Device Support Specialist to assist oncology patients using TTFields therapy in a field-based role across Dallas. You will educate patients and caregivers, provide ongoing coaching, and help integrate therapy into daily routines while maintaining high-quality care.

You will travel frequently to patient homes and physician offices, perform technical support, manage data, and collaborate with Territory Managers to support patient care and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, or bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 60% of each week, including overnight stays
• Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes and physician offices to conduct visits
• Educate patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy and integration into daily routines
• Provide ongoing training and individualized coaching for patients and caregivers
• Perform technical analysis and equipment maintenance, including troubleshooting and replacement
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and complete administrative tasks
