Job summary

Novocure is seeking a Device Support Specialist to educate patients on TTFields therapy and help integrate treatment into daily routines. This field-based role requires travel across an assigned territory, visits to homes, offices, and clinics, and close collaboration with Territory Managers.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations including Outlook and file management.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel up to ~60% of time.
• Able to travel by air and reside within the assigned territory.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and drive long distances.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care and service.
• Travel to patient homes, physician offices, or healthcare centers for visits.
• Educate patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy and usage.
• Offer ongoing coaching and technical support to patients and caregivers.
• Perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacements as needed.
• Collect and analyze patient data during follow-up visits and provide resources.
