Job summary

Novocure seeks a compassionate Device Support Specialist to support oncology patients using TTFields therapy. You will educate patients and caregivers, provide ongoing coaching, and assist with treatment integration in daily life while traveling within your assigned territory.

This full-time, exempt, field-based role reports to the Regional Manager, Device Support Specialist. Frequent travel and collaboration with Territory Managers and cross-functional partners are required to ensure reliable

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, file management, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel ~60% of each week and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Visit patient homes, physician offices, or healthcare centers to provide TTFields support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy and treatment initiation.
• Provide ongoing training and individualized coaching.
• Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
