Job summary

Novocure Inc. seeks a compassionate Device Support Specialist to educate oncology patients using TTFields therapy and help integrate treatment into daily routines.

You will travel within your assigned territory to homes and clinics, providing coaching, technical support, and ongoing education to patients and caregivers. You will educate, train, and support patients across visits, virtual sessions, and calls, coordinating with Territory Managers to ensure quality care and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness
• Proficiency in basic computer operations including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to travel ~60% of each week including overnights
• Residence within assigned territory and space to securely store patient materials
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and drive long distances
• Experience with oncology patients or clinical/patient-facing roles (preferred)
• Experience in for-profit environments (preferred)
• Experience with Concur and SAP (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care and service to patients
• Travel to patient homes, physician offices, and healthcare centers for visits
• Educate patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy and integration into daily routines
• Provide ongoing training and individualized coaching for patients and caregivers
• Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, including replacements as needed
• Collect and analyze patient data during follow-up visits and provide resources
• Conduct virtual visits to improve accessibility
• Offer timely support by phone, virtual, and in-person, including non-standard hours
• Manage workload independently across territory and timelines
• Communicate with Territory Managers and cross-functional partners
• Complete required assessments and update standard operating procedures
• Maintain accurate CRM records and related administrative tasks
• Follow fleet vehicle maintenance and cleanliness requirements
• Adapt to changing business needs and schedules
