Job summary

Stryker Trauma Sales Representative position is field-based in the Los Angeles area, emphasizing on-call support for trauma and orthopedic procedures, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will develop territory plans, build surgeon relationships, and drive revenue and market share for Stryker Trauma products.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant sales/clinical experience, with travel around 30% and 100% commission-based compensation plus potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR minimum 4 years of experience in sales, clinical healthcare, or a combination of both.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.
• Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases that occur during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, operating room staff, emergency department personnel, and healthcare decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Manage multiple competing priorities across scheduled cases, emergency procedures, inventory requirements, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs to support customer adoption and appropriate product utilization.
• Maintain inventory, instrument sets, and consignment assets to ensure product availability and operational readiness for case support.
• Analyze account activity, competitive trends, and territory performance data to identify growth opportunities and support business objectives.
• Document sales activities, customer interactions, inventory transactions, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
