Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in sales or clinical healthcare.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.
• Provide clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, ED personnel, and healthcare leaders.
• Manage competing priorities across cases, emergencies, inventory, and customer requests.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs to drive adoption.
• Maintain inventory, instrument sets, and consignment assets for case readiness.
• Analyze account activity and territory data to identify growth opportunities.
• Document sales activities and compliance in line with company policies.
