Job summary

Stryker in Phoenix is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to develop territory plans and achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share for Stryker Trauma products.

You will provide clinical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, build relationships with surgeons and OR staff, manage multiple priorities, and drive product utilization. This 100% commission role includes bonuses and benefits and requires about 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years in sales, clinical healthcare, or a combination.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in B2B sales and healthcare is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue and market share for Trauma products.
• Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Manage competing priorities across scheduled cases, emergencies, inventory, and requests.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs.
• Maintain inventory and assets to ensure product availability for case support.
• Analyze account activity and territory data to identify growth opportunities.
• Document sales activities and compliance with company policies.
