Job summary

Groupe SEB North America seeks a Field Trainer to develop curriculum and deliver training to third‑party service technicians, customers and internal staff. You will travel to service company locations, SEB offices and online sessions to improve trust and satisfaction with the service network.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of training experience with industrial or commercial equipment, strong adult-learning skills, and the ability to read schematics and hydraulic diagrams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical school graduate preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 3+ years of proven ability to train service technicians and vendors.
• Experience with commercial beverage equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and conducts technical training classes for field technicians, customers and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials for equipment; coordinate with other departments.
• Use effective presentation and adult learning techniques in trainings.
• Ensure resources are available for all sessions and track training metrics.
