Job summary

Screen Spe USA is seeking a Technical Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of technical training for field service engineers, installers, and customers. This hands-on manager will supervise a Trainers Center team, conduct instruction, and maintain curriculum aligned with global standards.

The role requires leadership, curriculum development, and hands-on training delivery across product lines, with a focus on engineering tools and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering technical training for field service engineers and customers.
• Experience developing curriculum and certification programs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical training programs for SCREEN’s product lines.
• Align training with global standards and collaborate with Japan HQ on content and certification.
• Develop training pathways for new hires and experienced engineers.
• Identify skill gaps and implement training plans to improve readiness.
• Lead classroom and field-based training at SCREEN facilities and customer sites.
