Clarke Power Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training for nationwide technicians and customers. The role collaborates with SMEs and Engineering to update content and ensure accuracy across manuals, procedures, and service bulletins.

On-site factory, classroom, and field training will be conducted, with travel to customer sites. Strong communication, documentation, and LMS skills are essential for success and ongoing program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning tech.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Travel-ready to customer sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house factory training courses and fulfill requests nationwide.
• Coordinate event logistics and training materials.
• Develop and document curriculum content with SMEs.
• Manage technical documents and version control with Engineering.
• Serve as primary contact for training inquiries and registrations.
• Evaluate learner performance to drive improvement.
