Job summary

Groupe SEB is seeking a Field Trainer to develop curriculum and deliver training to third-party service technicians, customers, and internal staff. The role involves traveling to service company branches, SEB Professional offices, and online sessions via Teams.

You will create and maintain training materials, employ adult-learning techniques, and collaborate with other departments to improve the service network and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven ability to train service technicians and vendors
• Experience with industrial or commercial equipment (coffee equipment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of adult learning methods and safety procedures
• Ability to read electrical/electronic schematics and hydraulic diagrams

Responsibilities

• Prepares and conducts technical training classes for field technicians
• Creates and maintains training materials for all equipment
• Utilizes adult learning techniques and engaging presentation methods
• Ensure tools, books and other resources are available for sessions
• Assist with administration of training schedules and vendor certifications
