Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience 5-6 years.
• Able to comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing.
• Computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel and Windows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Professional licensing or certifications in related field may be required or desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs instructor led courses for Ring Power employees and customers.
• Develops and updates training materials on technical and industry subject matter.
• Ensures viable classroom, labs, and assets; updates and repairs as needed.
• Travels to deliver or attends training and conferences; supports overseas training requests.
• Updates training records in EDGE and manufacturer databases.
• Assists field personnel on diagnostic issues when requested.
• Attains and updates training credentials required by manufacturers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
