Job summary

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years' experience with mechanical equipment, excellent tool-handling skills, and the ability to work up to 75% travel, including occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and at least 5 years of experience with mechanical equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to customer sites.
• Willingness to work up to 12 hours and occasional weekends.
• Valid driver license required.
• Ability to discuss technically complex issues with non-technical people.
• Strong on-site organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and emergency service.
• Perform new machine installation, commissioning and customer training.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and communicate effectively with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and prompt follow-up.
• Act professionally to enhance the company’s market presence.
