Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of the Carolinas is hiring a Full Time Trade Sales Representative in Wilmington, NC to build relationships with builders and remodeling professionals and to identify customer needs while presenting Pella solutions.

You will manage sales cycles from site visits to quotes, attend industry events, and use Salesforce to track leads and performance. The role is field-based with significant time in the field and a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet customers in-field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new trade customers in the territory.
• Present proposals and quotes to clients and close deals.
• Manage sales cycles from site visits to follow-up.
• Represent Pella at industry events and trade shows.
• Use Salesforce to track leads and analyze performance.
