Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of the Carolinas and Southwest Virginia is seeking a Trade Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with new and returning clients in the Wilmington, NC area. The role focuses on identifying customer needs and aligning Pella products with their vision, while driving growth in the territory.

The candidate will prospect new trade customers, visit job sites, review blueprints, and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and quotes.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience, preferably B2B or construction.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and remodeling professionals.
• Consult and sell solutions—deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes.
• Manage sales cycles from start to finish, including site visits and blueprint reviews.
• Represent Pella at industry events and trade shows.
• Exhibit ethics and safety, follow policies, and maintain CRM records in Salesforce.
• Consistently exceed sales goals while delivering value to customers.
