Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of the Carolinas and Southwest Virginia is seeking a Trade Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with new and returning clients. You will identify customer needs and demonstrate how Pella’s products align with their vision.

In this field role you will prospect for new trade customers, work with builders and remodelers, deliver compelling presentations and quotes, manage full sales cycles, and participate in industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales experience (B2B, construction industry, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new trade customers.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, and remodeling professionals.
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes.
• Manage sales cycles from site visits to blueprint reviews.
• Represent Pella at industry events and trade shows.
• Exceed sales goals while delivering value to customers.
• Utilize Salesforce to track leads and analyze performance.
