Role entails field work, site visits, blueprint reviews, and using Salesforce to track leads and performance. Strong communication and a hunter mentality are essential for exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must meet company driver qualification and insurability requirements and maintain acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in the field (active job sites, customer visits, industry events).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and remodeling professionals.
• Consult and sell solutions—deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and quotes.
• Manage sales cycles from start to finish, including site visits and blueprint reviews.
• Represent Pella at industry events and trade shows.
• Consistently exceed sales goals while delivering value to your customers.
• Utilize Salesforce system to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
