Pella is hiring a Trade Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and remodeling professionals in the Irmo/Columbia area. You will identify customer needs and align Pella products with their goals through onsite visits and presentations.

You will manage sales cycles from initial contact to quotes, while consistently exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of Salesforce helps track leads and performance in a field-driven role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales experience (B2B, construction-related preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to be in the field and meet customers at sites or events.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and convert new trade customers to grow territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and remodeling pros.
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to win business.
