Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of the Carolinas and Southwest Virginia is seeking a Trade Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with new and returning clients in Charleston, SC. You will identify customer needs and present how Pella products align with their vision, while driving sales in the field.

The role requires hands-on field work, attendance at industry events, and use of Salesforce to track activities and leads.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of outside sales experience (B2B, construction or related field preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and remodeling professionals.
• Consult and sell solutions—deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes.
• Manage sales cycles from start to finish, including site visits and blueprint reviews.
• Represent Pella at industry events and trade shows.
• Consistently exceed sales goals while delivering value to customers.
