Pella Windows & Doors is seeking a Trade Sales Representative to build and sustain relationships with new and returning clients in the Charleston area, including Johns Island. You will identify customer needs and align Pella’s offerings with their vision, traveling to sites, presenting proposals, and managing quotes throughout the sales cycle.

The role emphasizes field work, strong communication, and a results-driven approach, with opportunities for growth and performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales (B2B, construction industry or related field preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Active field work with customer visits and industry events.
• Self-driven, competitive and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new trade customers to drive territory growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and remodeling pros.
• Consult and sell solutions with presentations, proposals, and quotes.
• Manage sales cycles from start to finish, including site visits.
• Represent Pella at industry events and trade shows.
• Exceed sales goals while delivering customer value.
• Utilize Salesforce to track activities, manage leads, and analyze metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly.
