Wyatt Field Service Company in Beaumont/Port Arthur is seeking a Field Timekeeper. The role maintains payroll processing, invoicing, and job cost tracking, with travel to jobsites as needed across the Gulf Coast and Mid-West regions.

You will handle data processing, reporting, and help ensure accuracy of labor and cost data under the Timekeeping Manager and Project Controls Manager guidance.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or payroll.

Responsabilités

• Process employee data from onboarding system to payroll system.
• Verify employee documentation for accuracy.
• Process Time & Attendance data and reconcile variances.
