Wyatt Field Service is seeking a Field Timekeeper in the Beaumont/Port Arthur area. The role focuses on payroll processing, timekeeping, and invoicing, with frequent travel to Gulf Coast and Mid-West job sites.

The Timekeeping department supports managers and foremen with accurate data entry and reporting, requiring 1–3 years of payroll experience, proficiency in Excel, and a valid driver's license. Candidates should be willing to travel 100% of the time.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent training/experience.
• 1–3 years accounting or payroll experience.
• Proficient keyboard data entry; strong Excel/Word skills.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Experience with Viewpoint Time & Attendance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process employee data from onboarding system to payroll system.
• Verify employee documentation for accuracy.
• Process Time & Attendance data and reconcile variances.
• Prepare weekly labor, equipment, and material timesheets for approval.
• Prepare weekly invoicing or assist with job cost functions as needed.
• Maintain data required for auditing procedures.
