Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or payroll.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.
• In-depth understanding of Viewpoint Time & Attendance Payroll Database and ability to use its functions.

Responsibilities

• Process employee data from onboarding to payroll system.
• Verify employee documentation for accuracy.
• Process Time & Attendance data and reconcile variances.
• Create and maintain payroll and labor reports for projects.
• Prepare weekly labor, equipment, and material timesheets for customer approval.
• Assist with invoicing and job cost functions as needed.
