Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the Away from Home (AFH)/Foodservice division to cover a designated geographic area in the United States.

The TSR will build relationships with foodservice operators and distributors, demonstrate products, and drive revenue. The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Marketing, 3+ years of foodservice sales, and travel 65–75% of the week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice.
• Willingness to travel 65–75% of the week.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic sales plans to maximize revenue in the assigned territory.
• Builds and maintains relationships with Foodservice Operators and Distributors.
• Conducts product demonstrations and distributor training.
• Records activities and forecasts using CRM and TPM software.
• Collaborates with marketing, customer service, and product development.
