Flowers Bakeries is seeking a Territory Sales Representative (AFH/Foodservice) to drive revenue in a defined US territory. You will build relationships with Foodservice Operators and Distributors, deliver product demonstrations, and train distributors to grow sales.

Responsibilities include prospecting, closing new business, maintaining account relationships, and reporting activity with CRM/TPM. Travel 65-75% of the week is expected; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice.
• Willingness to travel 65-75% of the week.
• Experience negotiating customer terms and pricing.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to maximize revenue in the assigned territory.

• Communicates Flowers AFH product offerings through demonstrations and presentations.
• Negotiates terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Records sales activities and forecasts using CRM/TPM tools and prepares reports.
• Stays informed about industry trends and market developments to support decision making.
• Provides exceptional service throughout the sales process and collaborates with internal teams.
