Olympus Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager to drive direct sales of Prostate Health products across Illinois and Wisconsin in a field role. You will build relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital management while exceeding sales targets and maintaining essential CRM data.

The role requires travel within the territory, some overnight stays, and a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Competenze

• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Ability to travel within territory daily.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).

Mansioni

• Meet or exceed territory revenue, sales and gross profit targets.
• Maintain CRM/database of prospects, customers, competitors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital management.
• Sell iTind and BioProtect products via consultative selling to achieve targets.
• Utilize promotional programs and company resources to achieve sales results.
• Allocate time across accounts to meet monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
• Complete and maintain sales paperwork and CRM records.
• Provide post-sales support, installation assistance and training.
