Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Territory Manager for Prostate Health to cover North Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI. This field-based role focuses on growing sales with physicians and hospital teams, delivering product solutions.

Responsibilities include managing accounts, achieving quarterly targets, and maintaining CRM; requires travel, a valid license, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience. Olympus emphasizes a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Competenze

• Proven track record of sales success.
• Ability to travel within territory daily.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience working in sterile/operating room environments.
• MS Office proficiency.
• CRM experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Meet or exceed territory revenue and gross profit targets.
• Maintain CRM and customer database.
• Establish relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital management and other areas of surgical services.
• Sell iTind and BioProtect via consultative selling to achieve targets.
• Utilize promotional programs, financing options and agreements to reach sales results.
• Provide post-sales support, training, and ongoing customer follow-up.
