Job summary

Olympus Corporation is seeking a Urology Territory Manager to drive direct sales of capital equipment, disposables, and services within an assigned geographic territory. You will develop new accounts and grow existing ones, aiming to exceed sales targets and deliver solutions through consultative selling to healthcare professionals.

The role requires travel within the territory, relationship building with physicians and hospital staff, and a proactive approach to post-sales support and product

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience is required.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Must possess basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel within the territory daily; overnight stays may be necessary.
• Must adhere to customer and vendor credentialing requirements when visiting medical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory revenue, gross profit targets.
• Plan and organize territory coverage for efficiency.
• Maintain CRM with prospects, competitors and customers.
• Establish relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital management and surgical services.
• Provide post-sales support including installation, training, troubleshooting and in-service.
