Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is hiring a Territory Manager for Prostate Health in the New Orleans area. The role focuses on expanding sales across Louisiana by building relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital staff, while achieving revenue targets and maintaining CRM records.

You will provide consultative selling of iTind and BioProtect products, coordinate with marketing and sales teams, and deliver post-sale support including training and installation to ensure customer

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales required or preferred.
• Must possess basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Ability to travel within territory daily and overnight travel as needed.
• Ability to travel outside territory within the region.
• Flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual territory revenue, sales and gross profit targets.
• Maintain CRM database and provide information to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital management and surgical services.
• Sell iTind and BioProtect products via consultative selling to achieve targets.
• Utilize promotional programs and financing options to meet sales results.
• Allocate time efficiently across accounts to meet monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
• Complete and maintain sales paperwork and CRM records timely.
• Provide post-sales support including installation, training, and troubleshooting.
