Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Territory Manager in the USA (RI - Warwick) to provide field-level support for the Interventional Surgery division, driving sales through in-servicing, product demonstrations, and account management. The role emphasizes strong clinical knowledge, relationship building, and rigorous travel (up to 80%).

Primary work location is USA RI - Warwick, with relocation possible within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Ability to work in an Operating Room, observe surgeries, and stand for long hours.
• Flexible with schedule for early morning or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Attends sales training to develop knowledge of the BD Surgery Surgical Solutions portfolio.
• Supports the team by covering accounts, conducting in-servicing, product assessments, and demonstrations.
• Plans and prioritizes sales calls with TM and RBM; informs changes in accounts.
• Provides support for regional marketing events, conventions and symposia.
• Keeps accurate records, uses the sales funnel, and maintains promotional tools.
