BD is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to provide field-level support to physicians and clinical staff in Interventional Surgery. Expect 80% travel with extended stays in a field-based territory and potential relocation to cover open regions.

The role involves hands-on training, coordinating with field sales and marketing, and developing customer relationships across hospital staff, nurses, and surgeons. Strong sales aptitude and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 1–2 years general sales experience preferred.
• Experience in a team environment with sales personnel.
• Ability to work in an operating room environment.
• Willing to relocate to fill an open Territory Manager position.
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with 3 years driving history.
• Understand needs analysis, product buyer concept, and contracts.
• Must live within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field-level training and clinical case support with field sales.
• Prioritize targeted customers, cases, and training events.
• Develop regional physician proctors for training activities.
• Conduct training and in-servicing for hospital surgery staff.
• Support regional centers of excellence and coordinate physician training seminars.
• Support regional marketing events and conferences.
• Maintain equipment, promotional materials, and records.
• Plan calls and organize time for territory coverage.
