Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join our Biotechnology and Medical Devices team. You will provide field-level support to physicians, nurses, and technicians and work with field sales and marketing to execute surgical case support and professional training plans.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of general sales experience, with willingness to relocate and travel approximately 80%. The position is based in USA RI - Warwick and involves on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of general sales experience required.
• Experience working in a team environment, particularly with sales teams.
• Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field sales to plan and execute customer training and technical support for clinical cases.
• Collaborate with sales management to prioritize targeted customers, cases, and training events.
• Support regional physician proctors to facilitate training activities.
• Conduct training for hospital surgery staff and support personnel.
• Assist Marketing with regional physician training seminars and events.
• Provide support for regional marketing events, conventions, and symposia.
• Maintain equipment, advertising materials, and samples in an orderly manner.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge to conduct effective in-service education for hospitals.
