Job summary

BD in the USA (RI - Warwick) seeks an Associate Territory Manager to support field-level surgical case coverage and professional training for healthcare professionals. You will work with field sales and marketing to help achieve annual sales targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating training, developing physician proctors, conducting in-services, and supporting regional marketing events. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of sales, with up to ~80% travel; relocation may be needed,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of general sales experience.
• Experience working in a team environment with sales teams.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field sales teams to plan and execute field-level customer training and technical support for clinical cases.
• Collaborate with sales management to prioritize targeted customers, cases, and training events.
• Support development of regional physician proctors to facilitate training activities.
• Conduct training and in-servicing for hospital surgery staff and support personnel.
• Develop regional centers of excellence and assist Marketing with physician training seminars.
• Provide support for regional marketing events, conventions, and symposia.
• Maintain equipment, advertising, and promotional materials in a presentable manner.
• Complete paperwork thoroughly and on time and maintain accurate account records.
• Aim for at least three operating room visits per day and four surgeon contacts per day.
• Learn product prices, discounts, and availability; manage promotional materials.
