Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager for the USA RI - Warwick area. The role focuses on expanding sales of infection prevention and biosurgery products, educating surgeons and OR staff, and developing new accounts while meeting territory goals.

Responsibilities include on-site technical support during procedures, ongoing product education, and building strong relationships with district managers, clinicians, and hospital staff. Travel (~25%) and operating room experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, medical device or operating room sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; ability to build relationships with clinicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Presents, educates, and provides in-services on product use to surgeons and OR staff.
• Provides on-site technical support during procedures and trains hospital personnel.
• Develops new prospects and establishes new customers within the territory.
• Maintains knowledge of products, pricing, discounts and competitive landscape.
• Plans and executes calls to meet territory sales and profitability goals.
