Job summary

BD Interventional’s Surgery division in the United States seeks an Associate Territory Manager to provide field level support to physicians and clinical staff. The role includes executing training plans and covering travel across a field-based territory to build lasting customer relationships.

Successful candidates will work closely with field sales and marketing, pursuing targets while possibly relocating anywhere in the U.S. to cover open territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years general sales experience preferred.
• Experience working in a team environment with sales people.
• Ability to work in an operating room environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field level training and technical support for clinical cases.
• Prioritize targeted customers, cases and training events.
• Support development of regional physician proctors and training activities.
• Conduct training and in-servicing for hospital surgery staff and support personnel.
• Maintain accurate account records and manage sales funnel to set goals.
