Job summary

ViaPath Technologies seeks a Telecommunication Technician 3 to join the Field Services team. Based at client sites in Marion, OH, you will provide repairs, maintenance, and reliability services across an assigned territory, with travel to other locations as required.

You will replace telephony hardware, install devices, troubleshoot network issues, and support kiosk service operations while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of related field experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting ability with data collection and problem solving.
• Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide remedial repair, preventive maintenance, and system reliability services at client sites.
• Replace telephony hardware and network components; pull cable and install devices.
• Administer kiosk service and collections at financial institutions as needed.
• Troubleshoot video visitation sessions with support guidance.
• Share updates on service calls and escalate issues when needed.
• Travel to various customer sites daily with occasional overnight trips.
