Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications, installation and service.
• Degree or diploma from a technical college preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused service experience to every client.
• Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally using de‑escalation techniques.
• Perform on-site installation and repair of internet services, copper and fiber cabling, demarc extensions, and rack-mounted networking equipment.
• Diagnose technical problems and implement solutions, including running new cable, replacing hardware components, and installing data circuits for internet connectivity.
• Follow Ledcor’s safety standards and ensure proper use of vehicles, tools, and equipment at all times.
