Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or related service installation.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude enabling professional handling of challenging situations.
• Degree or diploma from a technical college preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience working in the field independently in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service to every client.
• Resolve issues calmly using effective de-escalation techniques.
• Perform on-site installation and repair of internet services, copper and fiber cabling, demarc extensions, and rack-mounted networking equipment.
• Diagnose problems and implement solutions, including running new cable and installing data circuits.
• Follow Ledcor safety standards and proper use of vehicles, tools, and equipment.
