Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service to clients.
• Resolve issues calmly and professionally using de-escalation techniques.
• Perform on-site installation and repair of internet services, copper and fiber cabling, demarc extensions, and rack-mounted networking equipment.
• Diagnose technical problems and implement solutions, including running new cable and replacing hardware components.
• Follow safety standards and proper use of vehicles, tools, and equipment.
