Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to engage directly with communities, promoting our Internet, TV, mobile, and voice services. The role emphasizes face-to-face interactions to acquire new residential customers, conduct needs analyses, and present tailored proposals.

You will be responsible for completing all sales documentation, meeting monthly targets, and staying informed about competitor activity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals that highlight Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory.
