Job summary

Spectrum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow residential customer connections across assigned territories. You will meet clients outdoors, present Spectrums high-speed data, TV, mobile, and voice solutions, and tailor proposals to each households needs.

The role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, meeting monthly quotas, and ongoing training. In return, you receive a base salary plus incentives and access to free and discounted Spectrum services.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories, including in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrums offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrums solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
• Monitor competitors activities and communicate relevant information to your manager.
