Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with local communities and drive growth across Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice services. You will visit leads, assess customer needs, craft tailored proposals, and close deals with a focus on building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and offering Spectrum services.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning and order entry.
• Participate in meetings and training to drive team goals and growth.
• Hit monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
• Monitor competitors and report relevant activity to management.
