Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Tampa, FL. You will connect with community prospects, promote Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication services, and drive new customer acquisition through in-person visits.

Role requires 2+ years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a field-based position with extensive outdoor time. Expect a comprehensive pay and benefits package and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel to and work in assigned territories.
• Experience selling telecom or data services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
