Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect communities by visiting residential leads and presenting Spectrum’s high-speed data, TV, mobile and voice services. You’ll drive growth, tailor solutions, and build relationships with customers.

The role is field-based, outdoors most of the time, with evenings and weekend hours required. Base pay plus incentives can bring total compensation over $100,000 per year, plus access to free and discounted Spectrum services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and work evenings/weekends.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals and close deals.
• Complete sales documentation, order entry and reporting.
• Attend sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Meet monthly sales targets across Spectrum services.
• Monitor competitor activities in territory and report to manager.
