Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Melbourne, FL to connect residents with Spectrum’s high-speed data and communications services. You will visit assigned leads, assess needs, present tailored proposals, and close new business while meeting monthly targets.

Expect a base salary with lucrative incentives, opportunities for advancement, and employee perks including service discounts. This role requires outdoors work majority, evenings/weekends, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must read/write/speak English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a drive to sell
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Comfort with computer devices and consumer telecom gear
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Independent work style with minimal supervision

Responsabilités

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospect.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete all required sales documentation and reporting accurately.
• Participate in sales meetings and training for professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services (data, mobile, landline, video).
• Monitor competitors and relay relevant insights to the manager.
