Optimum is seeking driven Direct Sales Representatives to join our door-to-door team. You’ll tailor telecom packages, present our high-speed internet, TV, mobile, and voice solutions, and close deals in a dynamic field environment.

Expect base pay with uncapped commissions and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. We offer comprehensive training, medical/dental/vision coverage from day one, paid vacation and sick leave, and incentives.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
