Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and represent our telecommunications offerings. You will drive growth by acquiring new residential customers, tailoring solutions, and delivering compelling proposals in a field-based role across a defined territory.

The position requires outdoor work most of the time, with some evenings and weekends, and a valid driver’s license. Top performers can earn a total compensation well over $100,000 with incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English confidently.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities in your territory and report insights to your manager.
