Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect directly with communities and promote Spectrum’s Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice services. The role focuses on acquiring new residential customers through face-to-face visits, needs analyses, and tailored proposals, with a base salary plus lucrative incentives leading to total compensation over $100,000 annually.

Candidates should be capable of 90% outdoor work, travel to assigned territories, and evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Engaging interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen, formulate needs-based sales strategies, and articulate pitches.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and inform management.
