Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers and communicate value.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses and tailor recommendations to customers.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning and entry, reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly targets for high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitor activity and report insights to management.
