Job summary

Aztec is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage territory across Hartford, CT and adjacent markets. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and present technology solutions with a hunter mentality and disciplined sales process.

You will work with sales leadership and solutions specialists, leveraging CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and a proactive outreach approach to exceed targets and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years outside sales experience, preferably selling technology products and solutions.
• Excellent communication and great listening skills.
• Analytical and consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your assigned territory, focusing on new business development.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Deliver compelling presentations and value propositions to clients.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts and track activities (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Understand client needs, identify pain points, and propose Aztec solutions for business improvement.
